Performance Review: I'm a big fan of cut and thrust type swords and the Prince certainly promises to deliver in that department. This sword is very light and quick a genuine fencing type sword. It also has a very stiff cross section and I believe in addition to being a quick cutter will also thrust admirably. I really like the way that this sword handles.
Appearance: As with all of the Albion Next Generation efforts that I have handled the fit and finish of this sword is admirable. The blade is clean with no deformities, the pommel and cross are free of any pits or other imperfections and the grip is nice and tight with an nearly invisible seam.
Conclusion: This sword fits my own personal tastes and I really like it. It combines quick cutting and good thrusting qualites with a very nice aesthetic. If you are looking for a nice type XVI single hand sword I would highly recommend this one.
